How can I cancel my order?
If you ordered within the past 24 hours and changed your mind, we offer hassle-free cancellations. Just email us at hello@mycraftclub.com, and we will refund you as long as the order has not been shipped out.
If you ordered more than 24 hours ago, the order will have been processed and we cannot offer an immediate refund. However, once you receive your order, you have up to 30 days to contact us for a refund.
How does shipping / tracking work?
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email. This can take 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you can expect your order to arrive between 8-10 business days.
If you did not get an email with your tracking number, please send us a message at hello@mycraftclub.com.
Please note that due to COVID-19, there could be slightly delayed delivery times, depending on the postal service in your country. If you are experiencing delays, you may reach out to us via email for assistance.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. If you choose to do so, we’ll issue a full refund, minus a cancellation fee.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@mycraftclub.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Can I receive a "Gift with Purchase" (GWP) with every order?
The inclusion of a "Gift with Purchase" (GWP) is subject to approval based on specific conditions. While a GWP might be mentioned on our website or during checkout, it doesn’t automatically qualify you to receive one. GWPs are reserved for first-time members only and are included in their initial order. If you have previously purchased a box at a discounted price or received a GWP with a prior order, subsequent orders will not include another GWP. Only one GWP is allowed per customer, and all conditions must be met for the GWP to be included.

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly.

To expedite our customer service team, please provide the name that the order was placed under as well as the order confirmation number. Please note that other communication methods (like Facebook) are not checked on a daily basis for customer service inquiries, so emailing will get you the fastest support.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include your full name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
